There is a new place in Kansas City called Urban Mining. It is very much like Goodjuju for those that are familiar with it. However where Goodjuju is for large pieces, Urban Mining is for smaller pieces. Lots of antique type pieces and in every way very much my kinda place!
I went last weekend with my mom (constanst shopping companion) and sister. One of my finds was a pair of lanterns. I've kinda had a thing with lanterns lately.
And then I saw a pair of sleigh runners, Immediately in my mind I thought, these could be lantern hangers...yeah I know, sometimes I don't even know how my mind works. So when I got home I put them together!
We have already made plans to go back in September!
